The Concierge is an AI assistant installed on a business's website to answer visitor questions and pass along inquiries. It is honest by design: when it doesn't know something, it says so and connects you with the business instead of guessing. It is an AI, and it will tell you so if you ask.
Chats with a Concierge are logged. We use them to: answer you accurately within the conversation, send the business owner their inquiries and a weekly summary of what was asked, and improve that business's concierge (for example, adding an answer the concierge didn't have). That's the whole list.
On some sites, the concierge remembers returning visitors so conversations pick up naturally — a name you offered, what you asked about. How it works: an anonymous ID is stored in your browser only after you send a message (visiting the page is never tracked), the memory belongs to that one business only and is never linked across sites, it expires automatically, and if you ask the concierge what it remembers, it will tell you plainly. Say "forget me" in the chat and everything is erased instantly.
If you submit your name, email, or phone through a form or chat, it goes to the business you were talking to so they can respond. That's its only purpose.
Your concierge's knowledge, transcripts, and captured leads are yours — exportable on request, deleted on request. Cancel anytime; there's no lock-in.
Every concierge is built from verified information about the business and is tested — before launch and on a continuing schedule — against questions it shouldn't answer, to confirm it declines rather than invents. No AI is perfect; if a concierge ever tells you something wrong, the business owner wants to know, and so do we.
